Question: I have had these little red bumps for two days on my arms and legs. Extremely itchy. Cortisone cream helps temporarily.

Hello,

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be an eczematous rash most likely.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 10-14 days.

This should resolve the rash. Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
