Can you please attach a photo of this growth? It will be much easier to answer this question.

Preparation H is used to treat hemorrhoids. But you need to know that there is no medicine which will cause hemorrhoids disappearance. All that can be done is making hemorrhoids smaller and less painful. But you can not expect that this medicine, or any other will completely solve the problem.

So you may try it, but it may happen that you wont see any improvement.
