Brief Answer:
TIFFA SCAN CAN BE DONE EARLIER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

TIFFA scan stands for Targeted Imaging for Fetal Anomalies to make sure there are no gross or minor fetal abnormalities that can be diagnosed by ultrasound.

It is usually done between 18-23 weeks. However, it can be done earlier according to status of pregnancy and fetal well being. Kindly, consult with your Obstetrician regarding this before undergoing TIFFA scan.

Hope, this information is quite helpful to you. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
