Can I Apply Ketriplin For Nerve Pain During Pregnancy?

Question: During this pregnancy can i apply Ketriplin (Amitriptyline & Ketamine) Cream. Does it have any kind of side effect during pregnancy? This is the cream she used to apply before pregnancy also because of some pain (may be it was because of nerve pain as Doctor had told). She used to get some kind of burning sensation and she was getting relieve after applying this cream. She had stopped this for a long but again she is getting pain so can she start applying this cream again? Does it have any kind of side effect during this pregnancy?

Hello dear, I understand the health concerns.
It is not safe to apply the cream now in pregnant women.
It can cause decreased blood supply to the baby and hypertension in mother.
Rather visit a physician and get her examined and get a proper prescription.
In the meanwhile do some hot fomentation on the affected area and take paracetamol tablet in case it pains a lot.
