Brief Answer:
Supportive care.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With thyroid hormones antibodies detected, it is hypothyroidism and needs to be treated with low doses of thyroxine and hypothyroidism is the likely cause of your weight gain and fatigue and depression as well. Your doctor may have a better correlation as TSH indicates status of thyroid functions and if it is normal then it means your thyroid is still fighting to keep a balance or its subclinical hypothyroidism and still need treatment. I can understand losing weight with hypothyroidism is difficult, also you need to be very active and XXXXXXX which is difficult at age of 64 too. Try your best, walk briskly for at least 35 minutes a day, reduce caloric intake to 2500 calories a day, sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program and have some psychotherapy sessions and get some prescription for antidepressants .

Talk to your doctor and let them help you in this regard. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
