Can Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cause Osteoporosis?

Question: A 52 year patient k/c/o Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Hepatic Encephalopathy. pt is on inj Forteo therapy for osteoporotic changes
Kindly confirm whether Hepatocellular Carcinoma lead to osteoporotic changes or not?
Pt is also k/c/o sero positive and taking Immunotherapy (where doctor collects the blood samples of the patient& from those samples they produce Dendritic Cells & inject these cells by IVF in the patient. This procedure is repeated 6 times with interval of 15-30 days)
Kindly comment whether said immunotherapy indicated for HIV, Hepatocellular Carcinoma or osteoporosis?

Hello. Carcinoma is unrelated to osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So osteoporosis is mostly age, sex and malnutrition related and cancer doesnot lead to it.
The current treatment of immunotherapy is directed towards hepato cellular carcinoma. It will. Not act against osteoporisis or hiv disease. Hiv and osteoporosis will require seperate treatment. Please continue with immunotherapy, as it may help the patient.
