Need surgical repair of varicocele

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor[Urologist] and to rule out erectile Dysfunction's [Testosterone].

2) Do take OTC painkiller [Ibuprofen] and wear an athletic supporter (undergarment) to relieve pressure on the scrotum.

Brief Answer:

Bilateral Varicocele

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

"As" per your query is concerned your [erectile dysfunction, enlarged vein in the penis, bulging vein in butt] is due to your present varicocele only so it needs to be repaired soon by your treating Doctor and discuss [Open surgery using a microscope and subinguinal approach]

Secondly, it has a connection with your pelvic muscles. It happens due to defect of valves inside the veins.

Thirdly for leg numbness discuss with your Doctor about Vitamin B 12injections weakly or oral tabs regularly and include fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products etc in your daily diets.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
