Brief Answer:
No, it won't.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Have gone through your query.

Green color of stools is given by a pigment secreted by live called bile. In normal cases during the process of digestion bile is broken down into stercobilinogen which gives brown color to stools however when this breakdown is not proper stools are green due to unbroken bile.

As per your query no gastritis won’t cause green stools.

Hope I was helpful.

Warm regards!

Take care.
