Pain could be due to bowel gas.

Ultrasound is not a good investigation for Colitis. The Ultrasound report does not look very good.

If the pain is on the right side you should see a Surgeon who should rule out Appendicitis and other causes of pain in that area.

If pain is severe then do not delay. Your blood reports are near normal. Dont worry about them.
