Brief Answer:
Decrease the coffee intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
During pregnancy you should limit your caffeine intake to less than 200 milligrams per day, which is about one 12-ounce cup of coffee. Women who consume 200 mg or more of caffeine a day had double the risk of miscarriage of those who took in no caffeine. It also causes a decrease in birth weight of the baby and increase anxiety and insomnia in mothers.
Coffee also contains compounds called phenols that make it harder for your body to absorb iron. This increases the chances of anemia. It is best to decrease your coffee intake as much as you can during pregnancy.
