Question: its 1 month after my frenuloplasty operation.drinking cold coffee is good or bad?

1. If I remember, you had your frenuloplasty operation in the month of May 2015 and by now the wound should have healed. We had a discussion at that time regarding healing of your surgery and I think you have made a quick recovery.

2. Drinking tea and coffee should be reduced for a week after the operation. There is no such restriction after a month.

3. You can drink cold coffee as it is more than a month after the surgery. There is nothing good or bad about it if you have cold coffee now.

two days ago I have some infection on the corona area of penis.and daily I was using tbact on those area but there was no pain during erection at the frenuloplasty wound area.today I washed the area with warm water and pressed the wound area with cotton and washed still some stitches are there still now but no pain I experienced at that moment now during erection I am feeling pain on the exact position where frenulum is fixed .I have signoflam tablets should I eat it .when getting an erection it feels like as due to the forward motion of head the pain goes on increasing. why this pain suddenly and what to do.

1. It is possible that the frenuloplasty woung is still healing. That is why you are having pain during erection. This is not a serious concern.

2. Signoflam contains aceclofenac and is a good pain relief medicine. Please take only when required and after food.

3. Please do not manipulate too much your penis when erect. It will heal slowly. The pain is likely due to regeneration of vessels and nerves in the frenuloplasty region.

1. I just hope you are not touching the genital area too often after your surgery.

2. There is a likelihood that an infection might occur in the scrotal wall due to regular touching of the area. This pain is more during standing.

3. Since you have got a surgery done a 6 weeks back, it is better to consult a doctor and confirm any early infection. However testis pain is unrelated to frenuloplasty surgery. Please wear loose inner clothes and avoid touching the painful area.

pain is more during sleeping and sitting. I noticed 1 day back after rising from the bed and from 2 days I m riding bike.only pain. is in left testicle.yesterday taken 1 signoflam got relieved in n8 but again it started..should I w8 or it is urgent to consult doctor.what the doctor will do.

So if the pain is disturbing you and increasing since two days then please consult your doctor and get examined clinically to rule out any infection.
