Question: Some times i feel every things are moving , when i move my head down & also other directions.

To Identify the Cause, we need to do
1. Clinical Examination
2. Fundus Examination
3. Rinne's Test
4. Weber's Test
5. Calorie Test
6. Hall Pike's Maneuver
7. Tests for Vestibular Function
etc

You have to consult a Neurosurgeon for this so that this condition may be further evaluated and we arrive at a treatment plan

Follow up: Dr. Bruno Mascarenhas (18 hours later)
I have taken X-ray of neck & found that there is a gap between bone no 5 & 6 . As per doctor advice it is a symptom of spondolities.
Please advice further.

Cervical Spondylosis (as well as Spondylitis) can cause Vertigo by Compression of Vertebral Artery there by reduction in blood supply to the brain stem.

To Proceed Further we need to do
1. CT Angio of Carotids and Vertebral Arteries
2. DSA of Cerebral Circulation

I would request you to consult in person a Neurosurgeon in your place for further evaluation
