Question: If i take a half teaspoon of baking soda in water in the morning for acid reflux and take a table spon of cider vinger in water at night is there any danger in

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Soda bicarbonate is alkaline and helps to reduce acidity in the stomach. If taken in excess it may be absorbed and increase the pH of the blood. There are non absorbed antacids which are safer.
Vinegar is acidic and would make acidity worse.
