Brief Answer:
Seems like anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing it's a symptom of anxiety. Unless you have noticed a specific reason to provoke your vomiting like if it happen as soon as you wash your teeth, or any particular smell, or doing an activity that makes you very tired in that moment. Vomiting can be provoked by many things but if it comes without any reason and accompanied by stress then its anxiety.

I would suggest to consider identify what makes you so stressed. Anything that you need to address with any of your colleagues or boss. Don't keep it inside because the stress would accumulate in your body and cause more symptoms.

I would recommend that you take Atenolol 50 mg or Propranolol 20 mg before you go to work to help you with these symptoms.

Hope this is helpful.
