Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Can you tell me - when you change the position of your head, does the room spin? Or do you feel like you are going to black out/light headed when you have been standing for a long time or get up suddenly?
Can you please tell me your height and weight,
and also if you have any medical conditions
and if you are on any meds.
Any other symptoms?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Thank you, the room doesnt spin when i turn my head but sometimes when i look at somthing, it looks like its moving slightly as if i was driving then stopped and looked at the road and saw the road sliding and shifting, if that makes sense. Right now im standing still, and it feels like im unaware that im leaning or swaying, and since im unaware it feels like im disoriented and everything is moving but when im not moving it still feels like that. When i walk, im kinda off balanced. and the times where i feel like i might drop or black out, i dont know if its because of me getting into a panic because it feels like my body is moving and shifting but its getting scary. also my eyes have been feeling tired also. i weigh 146, my height is 5'7 1/2. im not on meds and i believe that i have anxiety.

Hello,
Anxiety/panic disorder can cause some of these symptoms, but it may also be due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which is not uncommon.
I'm providing a link to a youtube video of home treatment for bppv which you can try.
But if the symptoms persist, then you should go in to be seen by your doctor or at an urgent care clinic (if you are in the US).
There they can do a neuro exam, balance test, and have a look in your eyes. Given that sometimes you feel like you might black out, they should also check "orthostatic blood pressure and pulse" with you lying down and standing up.
Some people have a mild autonomic nervous system dysfunction where their blood pressure doesn't rise adequately when standing so they feel like they may pass out.
Going in to be seen would really be the only way to start to sort out what might be going on.
But first, try the home treatment for vertigo:
