Question: hi i am 28 yr old male, i have high bp condition for which i take 4 medicines snumlo-5mg,seloken xl 50 mg,cardace 1.25 and minipress xl 50 mg. of lately i have started getting erection problem. so wanted to undertand if i could products like musli powe or dabur shilajit or oils which are available in market.

First thing will be to control blood pressure on minimum possible drugs. Your physician will help you in this.

The products which you have mentioned are claimed to be useful but there are no clinical and medical literature/evidence for their efficacy. Their effect is doubtful.

Its better to use drugs like tadalafil for erection problems but only under doctor's supervision.
