Brief Answer:
Pl do self examination as detailed and give feedback/ HRUSG

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your review query.
As we discussed earlier, it is too early to say a recurrence.
You have been already checked by your Doctor who has told you that it is fine, not reherniated and just a muscle moving.
Wants to know what to do and why is it doing that.

The link says: not matching and hence not opening.
Secondly it is always the impulse on coughing and reducibility that is characteristic of a hernia.
You can do this yourself.
Please put the flat of fingers on the suspected site and press very lightly on the area - cough hard - feel if something strikes under your fingers and goes back to abdominal cavity again. This reducibility is also very important factor unless it is obstructed/incarcerated or strangulated hernia in which case there is pain and tenderness also.

Please do this and give me feedback.
Please post the link properly so that it opens, but to be very specific, visual effect is not taken as a sign of herniation or reherniation.

Another best way is high resolution ultrasonography (HRUSG) of the area and this gives a confirmatory diagnosis whether this is recurrence or some healing mass or hernia or so on. Please arrange for one and get a confirmed diagnosis.

Thirdly, the most important point is even if there is reherniation, nothing is/can be done unless the wounds mature well for the re-surgery unless there is obstruction or strangulation.

I hope this simplifies for you.
Please give feedback.

Brief Answer:
HRUSG is the best confirmatory test, please get it done.

Detailed Answer:
Link not opening, sorry for this.
Anyways, the visual impact has no role in diagnosis of hernia.
If you can not feel something striking your fingers, it is most probably not a reherniation.
And to reiterate, please gel HRUSG done, the only confirmatory test.
Rest of the advise as given on or interaction on XXXXXXX 24. Take all the possible care as advised then.
