default

Question: I was napping and woke up to my autistic 2 year old nephew kicked me really really hard in the stomach a few times. I threw up and then bloated up really big. A bit later I pooped almost clear fluid kinda loked watery. now I keep throwing up (greenish mucous) and dry heaving. Could he have burst my stomach or guts? What should I watch for?

Brief Answer:

Severe abdominal pain and bloody stools are to be looked out for

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I do not think that your stomach has ruptured but still you need to undergo an ultrasonogram of the whole abdomen to confirm whether things are fine.

The problem could be with the gall bladder. Another probability is for pancreatitis to have been triggered.

Severe abdominal pain and bloody stools are to be looked out for but rather than looking out for anything, I would insist you to visit a doctor and to get yourself evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
