Brief Answer:
Generally it is safe for 34 years female patient.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

It is right that CT scan causes radiation exposure to the patient.
Ovaries are more prone for such damage. It depend upon many factors like age etc.
But now a days, spiral CT scan is widely used and it delivers very less radiation to the patient.

Generally,8 gray radiation dose may cause permanent ovarian failure but spiral CT scan (abdomen)generally delivers up to 14 milli gray and it is far below the maximum allowable safe dose.
So,generally it doesn't causes infertility.

In short, generally it is safe for 34 years female patient.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
