Can Almonds Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Question: I am in second week of my first pregnancy.
Is it safe to eat soaked almonds?
Also, I generally had Constipation, so at the end of day now a days since I am pregnant, i feel light stomach pain in evening, may be due to Gas.
As i can't go on any medication to get rid of constipation, please guide me to balance/get rid of it naturally.

Also please guide me for do's and dont's.

It is safe to eat soaked almond or any other nuts in pregnancy.
You should drink plenty of water and eat diet rich in fibre like leafy vegetables and fresh fruits to get relief from constipation.
Also, you can take isaphgula husk to get relief from constipation.
You should avoid tea, coffee, excessive fatty food and include more milk and milk products in your diet.
You should work normally so that the digestion is adequate.
