Can A Small Push On The Car From A Wagon Cause Whiplash?

Question: Hi! Today when i was parked at the grocery store the a wagon that you put the food in hit the front of my car bc of the wind. This cant cause whiplash correct? The car barely shook howveer bc of my other car accident ive been paranoid. Thanks
