Can A Shock To The Spine Cause Shoulder Pain, Muscle Spasms And Diarrhea?

Question: about 3 months ago I had an incedent I had to tackle a guy and it hurt my neck pain never really went away then about 2 weeks ago went ona boat trip and hit a wave that shocked my spine severly. felt lik a tazer shock. now my neck is popping with every movement I can turn it to the left I'm having muscle spasms between my shoulder blades and cant sleep its to siff and painfull contantly. I had xray which showed 3k disc that were hitting ka nerve causing pain and weakness in shoulder and arms. 'the pain in originating just below my neck I also have bone spurs. Thinking of going to ER for mri
I also pooped my pants the day after the boat ride while driving down the road it just came out. diarea and no feeling at time

Could be aggaravationof previous spinal injury.

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion you have aggravated the Previous spinal injury at the time of boat trip that shocked your spine.
I would suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and a soft cervical collar for the time being. Get a MRI ASAP to assess the damage done.
