Question: The Nesbit procedure reduced my length by 2 inches minimum. Is there a way to reverse the procedure? If so, maybe a different procedure could be done?

Brief Answer:
Very difficult and unlikely!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this reduction in the length of your penis. Though an expected complication of this procedure, 2inches seems excessive and this has clearly affected you. Could you please share in what ways this is affecting you for us to see if there are any ways around it to help lessen the inconvenience?

It would be very difficult to reverse this procedure. This is because either part of the skin was chopped off during surgery or pinched together and cannot be strengthen out again at this time. It is easier to chop off excess tissue but getting new tissue to lengthen a penis is tough and almost impossible. As of date, there are no well known procedures to correct this.

In all, am sorry but there is really nothing much that can be done at this point. You may also want to ask the doctor who performed this procedure if he can do something different to help you.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information or clarification should need be.
