Hello

Yes,we can assess cardiomegaly(enlarged heart size)by CT scan.
We use cardiothoracic ratio(CTR) to assess cardiomegaly.
CTR less than 0.5 is considered as normal.
We can also assess left ventricular hypertrophy etc which may be the part of cardiomegaly.
