Question: We are going on a flight for 24 hours with our 21 month old. I would like to know if I can give her any kind of antihistamine. She is 26 lbs.
If yes I would like to know the dosage and once how many hours

Hi,

I will not recommend you do this. Under 2years, these drugs are not recommended for sedation. I understand it can be more demanding but try to play with the child. They would most often sleep during the flight more than you would have expected.
