Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Theoretically there is no interaction between this two antibiotics. But in practice there is no point using them together. Zinnat is a good enough for skin infection. Only if it wont be effective or bacteria will be resistant to it, other antibiotics should be considered. But for sure not both at once.

So in conclusion, its not a good idea to use them together for furuncles.
