Brief Answer:
Rare drug interaction +; otherwise safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

Although there have been various concerns raised about some variants of instaflex ibteracting with xarelto, the joint support variant of instaflex is found to be safe to use with xarelto.

I would also like to point out that the willow bark in the joint support instaflex has an aspirin-like effect when taken with xarelto which causes the blood to thin, imposing an increased risk to micro-hemorrhage. So if at all you experience gum bleeding or rectal bleeding I would request you to report to your doctor at the earliest. Other than this, which is also rarely seen, there are no other side effects or interactions you need to worry about.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
