Brief Answer:
Taking Viagra with Isosorbide is contraindicated .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been taking Isosorbide for cardiac problem .

Both Isosorbide and Viagra belong to same group of drug of Nitrates and have side effect of of lowering the blood pressure .Hence taking both the drug simultaneously may cause sudden hypo-tension resulting into severe cardiac emergency.

Hence I would advise you not to take Viagra as longas you are taking Isosorbide .

Consult your Cardiologist to modify the treatment or change the medication.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
