Brief Answer:
may need anticoagulation prophylaxis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Lupus like inhibitor and testosterone are both pro-coagulant condition. So risk of clot is high. First, please make sure that testosterone replacement is absolutely necessary. If it can be substituted by something else, then that is the best.

However, if it is absolutely essential, then I would consider preventive anti-coagulation by warfarin or similar medicines for the entire duration of testosterone therapy and a few months thereafter.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
testosterone may not be required

Detailed Answer:
As the free testosterone is within normal, supplementation may not be required. Especially as it is risky in presence of lupus anticoagulant.

The lupus like inhibitor can be observed as there is no thrombosis (clot) but if you do take testosterone, you may need anticoagulation by warfarin to prevent clot.
