Brief Answer:
It is safe

Detailed Answer:
Thanks very much for your question.

You are currently taking Lamictal, Topamax, and Paxil, and are wondering if it is safe to take Seroquel or Trazodone. The answer is yes, it is safe to take either or both of these together along with what you are currently taking. I recommend trying the Seroquel at 50mg by itself first and see if this works. If not, increase to 100mg. If that fails, I would try trazodone 50mg by itself. If not, increase to 100mg. If both fail, I would try a different sleep aid altogether rather than using Seroquel and Trazodone together, though it would be safe to do so.
