Brief Answer:
aripiprazole or ziprasidone

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Seroquel can cause weight gain and diabetes. You should go for evaluation of diabetes through fasting blood sugar and Hb1ac check up.

Aripirazole or ziprasidone are with neutral or very negligible weight gain potential for bipolar disorder prophylaxis. You can ask your treating doctor for substitution.

Hope I have answered your query, i will be happy to help further.
