Brief Answer:
is a possible side effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Prozac can cause sexual dysfunction in some persons, may not affect everyone who uses it.

It can cause a reduced libido, erectile dysfunction and anorgasmia (lack of orgasm).
These effects may or may not occur.

The sexual effects can be treated by different methods including : (1) changing medications if no improvement occurs. There are other medications that may not have this effect for you.
Some antidepressants such as cymbalta have a lower rate of this effect.

(2)altering the dose if this is an option

(3)the use of agents such as viagra, cialis or levitra would help with ed

(4)addition of medications such as bupropion may be helpful for some persons.

Some persons have also found improvements with agents such as gingko biloba and yohimbine.

You should consider speaking to your doctor about your concerns.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
