Brief Answer:
Primolut-N is safe for your breast fed baby.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Primolut-N tablet while breastfeeding your baby.

Primolut N (Progesterone hormonal preparation) used in various conditions is not known to cause any harmful effects in the breast fed babies and hence safe during lactation.
As far as your tension headache is concerned, avoid stress and taking hot and spicy foods. A simple painkiller like Paracetamol is recommended.

I would like to know the following details:

1. The purpose and the duration of treatment with Primolut-N?
2. Do you take medications for your chronic migraine?

Looking forward to receive the requested information.

Best regards.
