Brief Answer:
Healthy adults shouldn't

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

These vaccines are recommended together for individuals >65 years of age, or those >19 that are immunocompromised (chronic renal failure, nephrotic syndrome, functional or anatomic asplenia), those with cerebrospinal fluid leaks, or those that have cochlear implants.

If you do not have any of the above-mentioned conditions, then you need to discuss with your doctor about the possibility of doing only one of the vaccines, or none.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards
Manoku Eni

Brief Answer:
If the person is healthy, no

Detailed Answer:
If the person has an underlying condition, for which being treated and thus feel healthy, then it is a different thing.

You may feel healthy, but your doctor may know better your history and present conditions and thus judge it safer to have this vaccine.

But if you are otherwise healthy, then no vaccine should be taken.
