I read your question and i understand your concern. Nyquil is over the counter safe anti tussive / cough remedy and is perfectly safe in combination or preceding dose of abortifacient medications with no interaction possible after all.
How ever abortion pill itself causes a lot of adverse effects and needs supervision of expert doctors OB Gyn to make sure everything goes smooth.
