Brief Answer:
Combination has any clinical value

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for query.

Neurobion is a multivitamin and is banned in many countries. Hence the makers launched Neurobion Forte which hardly has good value. It has thiamine mononitrate 10 mg, riboflavin 10 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg, cyanocobalamin 15 mcg, nicotinamide 45 mg, calcium pantothenate 50 mg. None of the above have any clinical relevance or meet the daily requirements of a 49 yr old.
I would suggest to get Serum Vit B12 test done and if deficient you can supplement Methylcobal 500mcg twice a day for a month.
Since the constituents of this tablet do not back any evidence based clinical practice.
So to answer your question you can take this tablet for a month and see if you see clinical improvement in any symptoms and let the doctor prescribed know about it.
