Can Myrbetriq Dosage Be Increased?

Question: I have started taking Myrbetriq for 4 days. Missed bedtime pill on day 4. Woke up at 4 am, do I take it now and another about 10:00 pm when I go to bed or skip day 5 and move on to day 6 tonight?

Hello,

the recommended starting dose is 25mg (once daily) which can be escalated to 50mg (once daily again) after a few weeks. Patients with chronic kidney disease may have to use the low dose only. Since you've missed one dose you should skip this day and take the next pill on 10:00 pm. You shouldn't take it twice on the same day (24 hours).
