Question: Lox 2% Gel is good for tight foreskin if good then how to apply on pennis ? Because pain during intercourse?

I think you need circumcision.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

There are two issues:
1. Tight foreskin
2. Pain during intercourse.

Let me clear you the most important point.
If there is a pain during intercourse NEVER use Lox 2% Gel.The reason being this is an anesthetic gel and can dampen the sensation and actually will never know the trauma which can increase further and increase the fibrosis thereupon.

Secondly, If there is pain during intercourse, this means the foreskin is not only tight but also is cracking and this is the indication for circumcision. This is a small operation to remove the excess foreskin.

I hope this explains the possibility of phimosis needing circumcision.
