Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.

It's better to avoid taking Losartan and Ibuprofen as there are adverse interactions between the two. These include 1. A decrease in the anti hypertensive effective of Losartan by ibuprofen, 2 chance of an increase in serum Potassium level and 3.Chances of kidney damage especially in the elderly and anyone with dehydration.

There's no adverse interaction with Glucosamine, Chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid. The other components are herbal products and not researched by modern medicine.

Do get back to me if you have further questions.

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in answering as I was on the move.
You can use a calcium channel blocker like amlodipine or Clinidipine instead of Losartan
You can also use a Cox 2 inhibitor like Celebrex in place of Ibuprofen.
These are better for the kidneys .
Do let me know if I can be of any further help.
Have a great day.
