Persons react differently to medication.

Ibesartan is in the class of medications called ARB. It is not a diuretic (drugs that cause loss of fluids) and is not known to cause frequent urination.

It is also not known to cause the other symptoms mentioned- fever and cold feet.

Fever is normally an inflammatory reaction to trauma or inflammation or infection.

Decreased temperature of the feet may relate , in some persons, to problems with the circulation in the legs and feet.

None of these is known to be related to irbesartan.
