Brief Answer:
Please give details and post actual photographs if possible.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
* Does it pain during intercourse or in anyway hinder the sensation during intercourse?
* If possible, please post photos of the foreskin in flaccid and erected position if possible as it helps sometimes for on the spot diagnosis.
* Any other relevant information, please.
* I hope you don't have diabetes.

There is actually no ointment that can help as the natural skin is very much stretchable and hence every person with phimosis does not require circumcision.

If the skin is not stretchable over the glans upon erection and does not slide forth and back over the glans, then it is better to get a circumcision.

I hope this answer helps you.
