Brief Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. Archifen ear drop contains chloram

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. Archifen ear drop contains chloramphenicol. Chloramphenicol can cause irritable, itching, burning sensation of the ear and can cause anaphylaxis reaction . Chloramphenicol produce severe cochlear toxicity if administered in the middle ear. If you use it in perforated ear drum, then chloramphenicol will go in the middle ear and cause severe damage to the hearing nerve and will result in severe hearing loss. So it's better not to use chloramphenicol ear drop in perforated ear drum. You can us Ciprofloxacin ear drop to decrease the middle ear infection instead of chloramphenicol. Please review if you have any queries.
