Brief Answer:
No need to take Zyrtec if you are taking Allegra.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Allegra is having fexofenadine. It is newer generation antihistamine drug.
Singulair is having montelukast. It is leukotrien receptor antagonist (anti allergic).
Zyrtec is having cetrizine. It is older generation antihistamine drug.
So practically, no need for Zyrtec if you are taking Allegra because both are antihistamine group of drugs.
Better to take Allegra because it is more effective, potent and having less sedation as compare to Zyrtec.
You should take Allegra and Singulair together at Night before going to sleep.
Combination of fexofenadine and montelukast (Allegra M) is easily available. So no bad drug interactions with these two drugs.
You can take Allegra M once a day at night before going to sleep to reduce pill burden.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
