Question: Can I be tired/get a sore throat from the flu shot on the fourth day after I got it? If yes, how long will it last?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It is unlikely related to flu shot and probably a simple upper respiratory tract infection.
In most cases it will settle by itself.
As of now you can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief. Over the counter available paracetamol tablets can be taken if there is significant symptoms. Drink plenty of water and take rest.
If symptoms persists additional investigations including covid swab test may be needed.
