HPV has not been shown to cause kidney infections or lesions. Also, antibiotics are not used to treat HPV. It is true you have a kidney infection but it is most likely caused by a bacteria and not HPV which is a virus. The greatest fear associated with HPV are on the skin and the genital tract of females.

When being treated for kidney infections, drinking much fluids is recommended. What medication are you on? Can you also upload your results for a second look?
