Question: About 5 days ago I went to a Rub an tug korean shop where the women gives you a massage and a ending. First time ever. It was my birthday so she decided to do a blow job for a cheaper price. Im 22 years old and was up to it an let her. She went into another room to grab a condom and came back in. She placed the condom on but i realized it was not on my penis all the way. In fact probably just about a quarter of the way down my penis. She was performing oral on me for about a minute an a half before i stopped her just realizing possibilities and how skeevy this place was an dirty this girl most likely was. After the fact i really was looking at this girls mouth are an lips cause at this point my mind is going crazy at the fact of what could of happened. There was no sores or marks or anything, Her skin around her mouth and lips seemed very smooth. I went home after an washed my penis with water soap and rubbing alcohol. Im very sure and aware that didn't help or solve anything . But I'm a hypochondriac and just take everything next level because of how scared i get. I was freaking out very bad and still am 5 days later. I have no real symptoms. My mind makes me feel these sensations down there but i know its cause how nervous i get. I examine my penis all day long and only noticed this one tiny bump skin colored that you can literally barely see unless i put a flashlight on it an even then its very small. Im just so scared right now and would just like to know from a medical standpoint my odds that i could of contracted something.I have a crazy fear of herpes and would just like to know my odds that i actually could of gotten them . Its driving me crazy

Brief Answer:
It is unlikely that you are infected with STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. You had a condom on during the act, but it was about half way. Howeve, you ended up with just few moments of oral sex and there was no vaginal sex.

2. In the above case, there is very less likelyhood of any infection being transmitted during the incident.

3. Also during oral sex, there was contact between her mout and the condom covered portion of penis only, besides she did not have any mouth sores. Therefore the possibility of getting any infection like HIV or herpes is almost nil.

4. A small bump on penis which can be barely seen is unlikely to be due to herpes.

5. Please forget this incident and carry on with your life. You should not worry any more about it.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

the thing was her mouth was not only in contact with the condom covered portion. She went below that, I felt it, which is were my fear kicked in till I eventually stopped her. The Place was dirty, she was definitely dirty . It was a mistake I regret That i even went, which is unlike me. You think There is still a slim chance even with half my skin in contact with her mouth and no visible sores? because I know it can still be possible when sores aren't visible.Im just scared, thanks for answering and get back to me if you could

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. She might have gone below the condom covered portion of the condom but it is to be noted that she did not have any sores in and around her mouth.

2. The slim chance is almost nil from this event and you do not have any symptoms.

3. It will be interesting to note that most adults might be herpes positive and yet do not have any information about it. Herpes matters only when there are symptoms and then treatment has to be taken.

4. Following is prevalence of herpes infection
HSV1 is found in 56-76% of general population,
HSV2 in 23-33% of general population

So in human civilization, every 2 out of 3 people are HSV 1 infected and 1 in three are having HSV 2 infection. Having an infection does not mean it will be transmitted to the other poerson. Usually only if there are sores and wounds then transmission of herpes infection takes place.

5. In the absence of any symptom, there is no serious concern.

Hope your query is answered.
