Thanks for the reply doctor. Another reason i researched says that i dont have to worry as small cuts/wounds do not lead to the bloodstream right?

And that such wounds of that type require medical attention am i right?

Usually it needed a direct contact (direct from vagina)of the vaginal secretions with an open bleeding cut not small cuts to exist the risk of HIV infection.
If the vaginal secretions are in underwear there is no risk for HIV because HIV cannot live outside the body just a few seconds.
