Brief Answer:
HIV transmission risk is almost 'nil' through pimples.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Transmission of HIV needs exchange of body fluids and not the skin to skin contact alone. It can not be viable outside the body including over the human living skin for not more than few seconds. So there is almost 'nil' risk for HIV through pimple to pimple contact. Not to worry.

Brief Answer:
Kissing has no risk for HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV can not live in water.
Now HIV disease becomes a manageable disease and wonderful drugs are available. With these, one can live with HIV positive status almost equal life span like that of an individual without HIV (definitely more than twenty five years).
Kissing over Cheek has no risk for HIV.
An Individual with HIV positive can manifest the disease only after 7-10 years or more. If untreated, patient can not live more than 2-3 years after manifestations.

my main question is does a drop of blood in glass of water make the hiv stilll infectious or it makes it non - infectious and no risk ??

Brief Answer:
Water with a drop of infected blood not infectious for not more than minute

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I doubt any such experiment had been analyzed or not. When blood mixed in water blood cells will get lysed. Once again in my opinion it can not be infectious for not more than few seconds or a minute.
