Brief Answer:
If protected then not risky.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. If protected oral sex by barriers like condoms then not at risk. For spreading HIV the mucous membrane should get contact with body fluids like blood genital secretions etc. But saliva is not included in this also. But if you are getting unprotected oral sex from person who has bleeding gums or sore mouth there is risk.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

The exposure was with a condom and for about 15 seconds. However she wiped down the condom (while on my penis) removing any lubricant, does that matter? I really want to put this incident to rest.

Brief Answer:
You are not at risk in that case.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

You are not at risk in that case. As you didn't had contact on mucous membrane of penis ie inner surface fore skin and glans there is nothing to worry.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
