Question: I went to a massage center 3 week ago, the girl give me a handjob and rubbing my penis against her vaginal with no protection, and I don't know whether she have hiv or not. I went for a hiv 2 week after that the result is negative. Body heat up but no fever, it is hiv symptoms?

This may be STD but this is not sign of HIV. So herpes and HPV are possible if there is bump or redness,but in most cases this can happen due to irritation or allergy

This has not typical look of herpes or HPV and I don't think it is STD at all since such rash may be caused by penis irritation,dryness or allergy to underwear. However,you should do tests if it persist for more than 2 weeks. This is also not sign of HIV infection.
